James Anderson is a renowned technical writer who has directed several Technical and Scientific writing programs. Professionally, he is a professor and technical head at San Diego State University. His research interests include social construction and collaboration, usability and validation testing methodology, rhetoric technical and scientific communication and several others. He has conducted extensive research work and published them for the betterment of the people in the field of science and technology, especially to resolve technical IT breaches.

He has received his master’s degree from Arizona State University in computer science and then the Ph.D in the same from Standford University California. He played a crucial role to strengthen the security of most of the vulnerable protocols that is used these days and update his blogs quite often to let people know about his extensive research work in the field of IT security and communication.

Dale Green is a full-time Technical Writer, who works for Samsung Electronics Company Limited in South Korea. He is also one of the most renowned member of technical writing community in USA. He is also the spearhead of many initiatives that where taken to resolve many technical issues which are really hard to fix. Dale Green is holding a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and work for some of the world’s most leading techno-industrial companies such as Oracle  and others.

He is the owner or moderator of technical writing discussion group named TWUSA or Technical Writers USA. Along with that, he has also done editorials for an eNewsletter on technical writing called “TechCraft”.  He lives is Massachusetts and runs many blogs and eNewletters that imparts the technical knowledge to the people of next generation.
